Allow me to do the meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparing & plating - and everything else in between.

What is it?

    • Retreat duration

    • Number of guests

    • Number of meals required each day

    • Dietary preferences (i.e. plant-based, mixed, paleo, gluten-free, dairy free, etc.)

  • All options include organic, locally sourced ingredients, thoughtfully curated menu, creatively presented & made with love and care

  • Prices are quoted per person

Breakfast //

grain-free cinnamon spiced granola, served with homemade vanilla nut milk, seasonal fruit

homemade seed loaf w/ toppings - herbed avocado smash, date tahini spread, cashew spread + sauerkraut

Lunch //

french lentil salad with roasted seasonal veggies, fresh herbs + tangy dressing

traditional falafels with cashew mint tzatziki & smoky hummus

swiss chard salad with roast beetroot, mint, goats feta & toasted linseeds + balsamic honey drizzle

Dinner //

soba noodle salad with asian vegetables, toasted seeds + sesame ginger dressing

marinated peanut tempeh

miso soup with shiitake mushrooms, green onions and seaweed
